Kinetix will work with your team to set up your initial inventory. After determining your desired thresholds, we’ll automatically replenish new hardware as devices are assigned. Your devices will be shipped to Kinetix, configured, and added to your inventory.

You’ll get inventory reports & transaction notifications
You’ll also receive a notification every time a device transaction takes place and we’ll evaluate used devices on receipt and let you know when they’re ready to be retired.
When you onboard a new user who requires a device, Kinetix will select a device from inventory, configure it for the user, and ship it to them according to your shipping preferences.
When a user leaves your organization, Kinetix will send them packaging and prepaid labels so they can ship their devices directly to Kinetix.
When a user’s device requires a repair, Kinetix will configure and ship them a loaner device with prepaid labels to ship the damaged device to the vendor, and then return the loaner when the repair is complete.
When a user needs a device upgrade, Kinetix will configure and ship them a new device along with a prepaid label to return the old one to us.
With Kinetix Inventory Management, you can cross “juggle laptops” off your to do list. Kinetix will securely store your new and used hardware like laptops and displays and, when needed, configure and ship them directly to your employees.
To free up your team’s time, we will handle all the purchasing, shipping, storing, configuring, and tracking of computer hardware associated with user onboarding & offboarding as well as upgrades & repairs.
Extra laptops spilling out of an unlocked filing cabinet? Your computers will be stored in a secure, insured location, out of range of your worries.
