Monthly Meetings
Each month, we conduct a Div Inc meeting, where we review ally skills, discuss mental health, and brainstorm ways to create a more inclusive & equitable work environment. Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings.
Employee Resource Groups
To foster community at Kinetix, we encourage and provide resources for employees to create and participate in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to make sure that everyone has a space at Kinetix to make their voice heard.
Data-Driven Improvements
Every year we conduct an Inclusion Survey to better understand how the team feels about the Kinetix culture, what we are doing well, and where we fall short. We are also working with a Diversity & Inclusion consultant group to assess Kinetix as a whole and identify areas of improvement.
Learning Together
At Kinetix, we are all committed to becoming better allies. To do this, we conduct regular diversity & inclusion trainings on various topics (unconscious bias, inclusive language) and quarterly social justice book clubs.
